Dropped rare scatha, sell or keep?

I do want to get into gemstone mining for money at some point. Already have a leg bal pet, sorrow armor, and a gemstone gauntlet. Should keep it for mining or sell it and buy a piece or 2 of decent divans armor?

And yes I know I don't have enough powder yet, going for hotm7 then going to powder grind. I know I'm still long long away from getting 25m per hour, if even that.
