What is Portal Skipping?​

Portal Skipping is when a player uses the portal to go straight to the next map without landing in the water. This is often done to save a few seconds by avoiding the downtime of getting out of the water and running to the portal. Unfortunately, not every map is portal-skippable. Portal Skipping is extremely risky and sweaty.
