Dungeon Party Finder Changes

As we all know, the dungeon party finder is for people who have no friends like me! However, here are some small changes I suggest for it: (And yes, this is just an excuse for a rant.)

1. If somebody sets level requirements, and if they don't meet said requirements, don't make them put the party up on the finder.
2. Add a way to change class in the finder, in case if there is a no dupes party, and your main/selected class is taken.
