Dungeon Progression Help

I need some help with dungeons. Currently my setup is full sa, all hpb, livid frags, ancient reforge, 5 stars(except chestplate), juju bow(don't call me a non, it hurts my brain) basically maxed with soul eater 5, 4 stars, good enchants, recombobulated, and I'm planning to get overload 5 soon. Also I have baby yeti. With that out of the way, I am trying to progress in dungeons. Currently, I am running f3 as f4 takes too long and f5 I just die at Livid, but f3 is taking too long for grinding...
