Dungeons FPS drop

Recently in the past day when I have been playing dungeons my FPS will drop whenever I teleport or look around, and this happens on all of my devices. I tried removing NEU but that didn't fix the problem. I'm using neu, dulkir optifine sba, skytils and soopy (none of which where updated today). My PC has really good specs so I think that is not it. When I turn on optifine lagometer, the blue spikes insanely high

Can anyone help?
