dungeons server issue

So me a dungeon player wants to play dungeons and get s+ (funny profit) and every 2-3 dungeons I randomly just start dying for 10 seconds with the whole server frozen then greeted to a disconnected screen. this sabotages these s+ runs and makes my team toxic. I have been in a discord call for all of these events and my internet has been at perfect ping and nothing else going wrong. its usually only dungeons that does this and it is infuriating as its hard to find a competent team to play...
