Dungeons survivability

ok so im playing arch as a semijujunon it has se5ov5 and i can 1shot everything (not minibosses/bosses) through like m3 i understand i should probably get a term if i want to continue with mm but i think the more pressing issue is that i get 3shot by most mm minibosses and i feel like i should fix this before upgrading my dps (i can safely kill m3 guardians in time). so basically if anyone could read over my items and tell me how i fix this survivability that owuld be great...
