Overall, I think that the Artist's Abode update was great, it made dyes much more accessible and not just collectible items (it's actually not that expensive to buy most dyes anymore). There are a few balancing and dye rarity changes that I would make however.
Probability Changes:
Slayer Dyes Drop Rate Buff:
Matcha Dye: 1/500k from T5 --> 1/125k from T5
Brick Red Dye: 1/1m from T4 --> 1/250k from T4
Celeste Dye: 1/1m from T4 --> 1/250k from T4
