egirlrehgi told me to recom my mythic 50/50 shiny leggings when i got them, now they are divine and therefore, the reforge does not work.
Pretty sure if you max them, even without the reforge you still get 84 str, 95 cd, 510 hp and 231 def (as necron)
maxed normal necron has 99 str, 80 cd, 432 hp, 183 def
