End Island Plagued With Macroers

Ive been farming zealot bruisers in the end a lot recently to try to make money to buy gear upgrades and have noticed that it seems like more that 50% of the lobbies ive been in have had someone macroing zealots in the bottom area of the zealot bruiser hideout. How are there so many people macroing and not getting caught/banned. Some of the profiles even had more than 250k zealot kills, like hello hypixel? How are they not banned yet?
