Ok.... i think i figured out what caused it this time. I was going to show my friend my new skin so i warped him to a lobby. Hypixel got really laggy on my end so i disconnected and rejoined. about 1 minute later i collected my items from the forge and went to put them in the assigned enderchest slot to see that nothing was there.
