Feature Content should be in inline moderation

While test out the feature content, I found it was a bit of a faff having to open each thread to feature rather than making a selection and then doing all at once via inline moderation.

It wouldn't be so bad if the Automatically feature content was available in Search Forums (maybe that should be a separate suggestion.
