well first of all lets start with where you obtain habanero tactics:
The recipe is unlocked at 10k chilli pepper collection
The way to unlock chilli pepper collection is to get inferno minions, distelates from blaze slayer, etc etc.

Then why does habanero tactics focus around granting more damage or healing.
While damage i can semi agree with, healing makes 0 sense, by the time you get to put habanero
tactics on your armor, you will NOT need wands to heal with, and orb will be way more than...
