Fervor without Vitality

As everyone is pretty aware, fervor is not a good or useful armor set. (New campfire trials maybe?)

One of the most important things for survivability in fervor was being able to have hundreds of vitality from stacking the attribute, which is just not possible anymore. You struggle with healing due to siphon only working on builds with damage, so have to rely on the weaker life steal instead.

Since aurora recieved a helmet buff a while back to basically give it the bonus of the mender...
