It is very easy to reforge talisman to attack speed and cd, which makes fot much better (u have enough cc with ancient)
Inside dungeons, talisman for str and cd doesnt matter that much, so reforging it to attack speed is much better
As for livid, it deals LESS DAMAGE in dungeons if u reforge talismans fot correctly. The extra talisman stats add very little
