FPS dying (very very low)

Hi guys, wondering if you could help!
I have very low FPS in Hypixel and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions. I've tried a lot of stuff that helped, but it's still like 15-45 FPS range. I want to know how to get better frames for free or a very low cost. I have Lunar, disabled background apps, used a lot of the PC stuff to boost frames, updated everything (CPU, GPU), performed cleanups, but it's still bad. (And used the right Lunar mods according to people.)
