fps spikes with forge 1.8.9

so i play skyblock and with some mods, they make me have awful fps spikes after about 30 minutes and the game, and i have to restart all the time, the main mod causing this issue are the dungeon mods, any way to fix this? i cant even use badlion client i get like 10 fps, worse than forge some reason
