Frames Dropping HUGE Whenever A Lot of Players Are In a Area

I was doing testing with mods (Skyblock Mods), and I always get really, really low frames whenever I load in a area with a huge amount of players. This is really annoying as most of the lobbys have a lot of players spawning in, where you would be stuck in a block full of players without moving, and still I get low frames after I get out, until I move to a area where there is little to no players. I do have a good setup, and also having Optifine on. Is there any settings to lower the player...
