freezing sub zero take: don't allow apes to sandbox on alpha

I was looking to test the update in order to see what mining rates would be like, probably stay on the server for a total of 30 minutes. I sat in queue for TWO HOURS. If you're going to release **** updates, at least make it easier to test them.

- Alternative solution: Don't allow trading. People have no reason to be trading on alpha for most updates, and if they need to trade to test the update...
