Friend got banned 5 years ago Help

So 5 years ago my friend got his account stolen and banned from hypixel and mineplex when he appealed from both servers showing proofs that his account was indeed stolen mineplex revoked the ban but hypixel didnt, i just wanna know if there is any possible way off him playing on the server again either by appealing getting someone to vouch for him or he buying or playing on any other account. I welcome any kind of tips
