Friend is constantly stuck in limbo as soon as joining Hypixel & Bedwars

Hello, I just want to see if anyone else can help with this, I've searched everywhere. My friend (Eve_TheKiwi_) has been stuck in limbo in the game and cannot get out. As soon as she joins Hypixel, and even bedwars, she is instantly teleported to limbo and cannot get out. She plays on vanilla, all her settings are turned down to a mimimum, she switched to 1.8.9, and her internet speed/ping is perfectly fine.
I've got her to join a party and tried warping her out, everything. It doesn't work...
