Friend's Account Compromised, Inactive For 35 Days But Can't Kick

Hi all,

My friend Deity370z fell for the Discord Microsoft email scam and the person that hacked his account along with his Banana Ironman profile has not been online for 35 days as of today. I tried logging on the coop Ironman profile to kick them so he could recuperate his items but it's telling me I can't kick them because there's only two people in the coop.
