I feel like it's balanced in that OFA won't be completely useless but if you spend enough money you'd probably do about the same damage as OFA but while still keeping enchants.
I tested a OFA AOTS and a reg enchant AOTS with smite 7 but nothing else above level 6. I wore 3/4 necron and warden helm and a leg edrag pet.
The results are probably a bit off because of fabled variation and the friend who I borrowed the ofa aots from had sharp on it instead of fabled.
Against t4 revs my reg...
