Frozen Blaze Disappoints!

I was looking to progress armor wise, I don't feel like my 3/4 sa is cutting it anymore.

I made a post a while back asking if FB is better than Necron, and I got mostly mixed responses, some claiming that FB is no good without maxed gear while others say it's better than Necron without edrag.
