I get 100CC with edrag (shelmet), recomb hasty term, 24 enriched talismen with crit chance and the one power that gives you like 100+cc (3/4 Necron and warden, recomb and ancient)

I actually have a little more than 100CC, i know this because when I switched to a pigman pet, i still had 96% cc.
