Since the perfect gems dupe, more people can afford a perfect Divan armor.
More people with perfect gems means tons of more money injected to the economy.
In my case, with a 3/5 full perfect topaz and jade gems in recombed jaded Divan set and a quick claw 100 Bal and x655... I make around 20mil coins per hour (40mil during a mining fiesta, which means that i could make 200mil in an entire event just selling ruby to the NPC).
Quick maths with 1 Mining Fiesta event in my case...
