Ok so I got a soulstealer bow in my last run of F4, and wasnt really able to do anything so tried it to see if it would be any help. In the boss room, it was hitting for... 1406 damage on a crit.
I was a bit confused but assumed it was bugged because it had just dropped. After losing the run I went to the hub, and tried it against a crypt ghoul. It hit for 209 damage, onUnreal reforge. the Fine Machine Gun Bow from the same run hits for 9,010 damage. There is no way this can be considered...
