Got hundred mil what to do?

I got a hundred mil after some time of not collecting my minions so what do I do with it?I have a decent mage set up but the max I can do is f3 with good party but I want to do f4 consistently so how? Btw I have wither goggle perfect t12 chestplate and 2/4 wise dragon armor pls help
