Hi everyone, I need some help from server veterans! I've been setting up a new java server which has got a lobby and various worlds using multiverse. I also have all up-to-date essentialsX/chat/spawn plugins installed.
However, I'm unable to set the spawnpoint for my other worlds, or better still, I'm not doing something right. If I die in my survival or mini-game worlds, I just spawn back to my lobby spawn which is obviously not where I want to be! I'll also add when in the survival world if I use a bed for a spawnpoint it will tell me the spawnpoint is set, but if I die then its back to the lobby and not the bed.
I really need help with how to set the main spawn lobby which doesnt override all the spawnpoints in the other worlds. I feel like maybe its something inside the config files etc I need to change, which is what I need help with....or is it possible with just the commands?
I understand both essentials and multiverse can handle spawning in some way and this is where Im getting confused. Can someone please explain which is best for spawning and what exactly they do. I've tried alsorts but seem to be getting nowhere and feel like Im just being dumb and missing something as Im new to building a java server.
Any help whatsoever is greatly appreciated on this, thanks in advanced!
