Help with Multiverse Core

I made a new flat world as a lobby hub for my server. But whenever I log back in, it spawns me at the survival overworld. How do I make it so that the server spawns me at the lobby world unconditionally?

Additionally, whenever I tp to the survival overworld, it spawns me at the very first spawn area. I was at the nether, and I tp to the lobby, and then tp back, but I spawned at the overworld spawn. How do I make it so that when I tp, it brings me to the exact location I was previously on?

Pls help on these. I'm pretty new to the technical part of managing a server.
