Help?

So I've been in a stuck point with the Wither blade inflating for the past year from 400m to 800m, so I want to do floor 7 without one. I was wondering how to get more effective health? I currently have 50m in my bank I can spend, but anything under 100m is what I am looking for. Thanks in advance.
