HOTM 3 Mining setup but with 30m budget

Planning on buying sorrow armour so I can start making profit mining, but the problem is my HOTM is only at 3 so I can't use a gemstone gauntlet. What is another option for a good drill (roughly 5-10m maybe), and what would the profit be like?
