This has been a problem for a long time, and Hypixel doesn't seem to be aware of this. There is a glitch in housing where a diamond pickaxe will turn into a diamond axe at certain durabilities. Most of the time, it will turn back into a pickaxe if you mine a block with it (provided that that block cannot be instamined with the fist). I don't know what could possibly be wrong with the code such that that happens, nor do I have any idea how Hypixel still hasn't addressed this bug yet...
