How do i get Amog's Wallet?

im trying to get all the xp from the rift, all i missing now is amog's wallet and the flowerpot enigma soul at the mountaintop.

ive completed the third reverse murder and amog is giving the last line of dialogue at rameros house:
"[NPC] Detective Amog: Another case solved!
[NPC] Detective Amog: One can hope you won't have to investigate my own reverse murder."

the wiki then says he goes to the mountaintop which is where he gives me the wallet: https://wiki.hypixel.net/Detective_Amog
