How I would fix and overhaul Ananke Feathers

So tons of people hate feathers. I have what could be an overall positive change to address most of the concerns tied to them.

I propose to make them a consumable (Similar to Gummy Bears for Blaze Slayer where they have a timer of 1 hour). Within this hour you would gain one of 3 buffs:

• 2x RNG Meter progress for any Slayer (3x for Vampire Slayer)
• 2x RNG Meter progress for Crystal Nucleus Runs
• 2x RNG Meter progress for Dungeon Runs (3x for F7/M7)
