How to fix thread views count if posts are cached

Many of us CDN's and distributed services for our integration. How could we make page view counts be more accurate with services like CloudFlare, or specifically even with CloudFlare. Could there be some integration at the edge that counts the hits and misses on the cache and adds it to the views? This seems to be a general development question to see if its something people or the XF devs are interested in at all.
