How to make an item only craftable once?

Hey

I'm soon launching my minecraft smp (private), and I'm looking for a way to make the mace only craftable once on the whole server, so whoever makes it first is the only person who can. I would also like to use this for some custom items on the server.

Keep in mind I don't know really anything about coding, so maybe if an existing plugin could do that? Or if I could easily do it?
