How to set limits in batch deleting post

Hi! I try to mass delete part of the forum with 100K posts using Batch update threads in admin panel, but everything is stack with error XF\Db\Exception: MySQL query error [1205]: Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction in src\XF\Db\AbstractStatement.php at line 230. What can I do with this? Is it possible so set more limits to delete 10 threads in minutes or something like this?
