I got wrongfully banned four years ago while playing a soccer game. One of the things in the game let you be launched in the air. This was meant to be a part of the game, and was not a bug or cheat. I got banned by a bot because they somehow detected this as hacking. I submitted an appeal a few months ago but I never heard back. What am I supposed to do now? I can't submit another appeal and customer support won't let me talk to them about it.
