I'm trying to switch from mage --> bers, need help!!

I used to use 3/4 storm with wither goggles, but I want to switch to bers. I had a spirit sceptre back then but I don't know what power stones, armor, equipment, or weapons to use. RN im trying to get better at eman slayer by using SA armor (no chestplate cus im beyond broke) and I think BoL is good so I'm using it.
