- Transfer compression (gzip/brotli) by most origin server / CDN if supported by client
- Transfer decompression by client (if compressed)
- Create ZIP
- Upload ZIP for distribution (in xenforo.com Resources, etc.)
- Download ZIP
- Extract XML from ZIP
- Start uploading XML...
