importing from IPB4 to Xenforo stuck need help

I am not able to get the importer past this step.

I have tried everything i know to get it to work

using the trailing slash etc.

/home/therealm/public_html/uploads

etc keeps saying does not contain the expected contents.

I am importing from my Invision Power Board 4

I am using a subdomain.mydomain.com

Do i need to move my Xenforo to my root?
