Include full message text in emails: for admin and mods only?

As an admin, I personally always preferred being able to read the content of a post or conversation right there in my emails so I can decide if it's worth login to the forum to respond. I consider it a waste of time for us. Sometimes I may be on the road and using my phone, and don't want to login on that device

Can this option be enabled for admins and mods only, though?

Is there an addon for that?
