Increase the amount of users being able to be pinged in 1 post

At the moment, you can only ping up to 5 people using the @ feature, and it leads to people often having to make multiple posts when wanting to ping multiple people. This is especially annoying as a reader when trying to read the replies on a thread only to find the first half dozen replies being a “pinglist”.
