Increased utility to the Teleport Pad

I can't remember if I've suggested this already but it would be nice if, when sending people to another house using Teleport Pads, we can customize where they spawn in the house. This would be good for letting one house act as a hub for minigames and one house act as a container for various minigames that can be seamlessly transported to from the "hub" house.
