Insane lag spikes while playing skyblock.

I have insane lag spikes anywhere in skyblock if it isn't in hub or my island, I get these random lag spikes where fps drops to 0 for like 2 seconds, never happened before I have no idea what is happening, I have a gtx 1660 super and it is not a connection issue, please help.
