Integrate purchase button with account upgrades

There should be an optional setting to use the paid account upgrades system as a backend for paid resources. It would behave as an account upgrade but appear as an overlay on the resource's page.

This would automatically open up some built in "license" systems by simply using designated user groups for buyers. It would also allow purchase history in the control panel.
