Is SA CP Overrated? (Ironman)

As ironman, I’m trying to get SA armor and Juju shortbow, but many people SA CP is overrated. As a person in ironman who can’t get f7 gear in ah, Is getting SA CP good? Or should I just go tank with necromancer lord armor?

Edit: If SA CP is over rated, what CP should I get along with 3/4 SA armor?
