I am writing a test case, and mocking the http client() request using the http_client_options event listener.
But I do not want that event listener always enabled.
Is there a way to keep it off, and turn it on programmatically?
(please change the threat type to Question if a moderator see this post)
Is there a way to enable a disabled event handler on-fly ?
