Is there tool to compat mass spam in new version?

Hello. Very old customer here. I have an old Xenforo forum that I only keep around for nostalgia. It runs on Xenforo 1.3.2. It's been quiet but fine for a very long time. During the last couple months I have't visited however there seemed to be a surge of new bots spamming over 200k pages of ads.

I looked around the old control panel and there's no way to mass handle these.

I'm curious if I buy an upgrade now, are there tools to combat this in place? Facebook has ruined me pretty good...
